At On Sale, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal to ensure faster processing.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
